  高压实验室反应釜工作原理:高压实验室反应釜又称高压反应釜,是在实验室进行高压实验时,最广泛使用的是高压实验室反应釜。高压实验室反应釜除高压容器主体外,往往还与压力计、高压阀、安全阀、电热器及搅拌器等附属器械构成一个整体。  升降高压实验室反应釜采用环形稀土永磁耦合驱动器,搅拌力矩大,具有静密封、无泄漏的特点。

  实验室反应釜体与物料接触部位材料主要采用 1Cr18NI9Ti 不锈钢,搅拌轴承采用自润滑耐磨轴套,搅拌桨采用推进式搅拌桨,转速可高达到800转/分钟;物料分散均匀,适合于各种介质的搅拌。加热控制系统采用 PID自动温度控制仪表,温度控制精确。仪表经整定后,可有效抑制温度过冲。
