磁力反应釜维修及保养

Maintenance and maintenance of magnetic reaction kettle

　　1、磁力反应釜各润滑部位应经常注油。

　　2、磁力反应釜墙板密封部不应有原料泄露现象。

　　3、磁力反应釜皮带松紧程度适宜，定期检查调整或更换。

　　4、磁力反应釜蒸汽管道不允许泄露，机器停用时应关闭阀门，并保证安全阀压力表的可靠性。

　　5、刚使用可能出现黑料现象主要是机器运转后没有及时调紧产生轴与填料间的间隙，母料返流间隙填补空间加热后产生老化变成黑料，在真空时就容易将黑料抽进搅拌缸内。此时请将主轴上的填料箱（两边四组）上半片打开（松开内六角螺丝），将里面的四氟填料取出后，前面的四氟圈清洗干净，后面重新换上新的填料调紧。一天检查一次一有松动立即调整填料间隙（不要调死）。

　　7、注意：

　　（1）磁力反应釜加热系统属于高温介质，使用前应小心谨慎，切忌使用手查测管路及本机台是否加热以免烫伤。

　　（2）磁力反应釜电器附近应设有警示牌。

7, pay attention to:

(1) the heating system of a magnetic reaction kettle belongs to a high temperature medium. It should be careful before use. Do not use the hand to check whether the pipe and the machine are heated so as not to scald.

(2) a warning plate shall be provided near the electric appliance of the magnetic reaction kettle.
