篮式研磨机的选择与比较

篮式研磨机是适用于液-液相、液-固相混合、溶解和研磨的高效设备。高速旋转的锯齿状研磨盘可以完成固液研磨、湿润、解聚,使浆液呈环状流滚动,产生强旋涡,浆液表面粒子呈螺旋状下降到涡流底部,浆料得到充分循环及翻动。

  虽然是篮式研磨机,但是也不是一直都处于高速运转的状态,一般都是根据不同的工艺时段选择不同的研磨速度,因此篮式研磨机一定需要调试功能。

  目前市场上的研磨机常规有变频器调速和电磁调速2种方式,下面我们就来对比下这2种调速方式的优缺点,用户可以根据自己需要进行选择。

  1、调速原理

  变频调速研磨机是通过变频器改变电机工作电源的频率达到电机调速目的。将原来电源频率50HZ改为0.2-50HZ,相应的研磨机的转速在0-1440转根据电源频率随意可调。电磁调速研磨机是通过调整磁场强度来实现变速的。电磁调速电机有一套独立的电磁滑差调速装置,电机本身的转速没有任何改变,电磁滑差有5根线,两根是220伏电源,3根是调速器给的信号和反馈速度信号,通过改变滑差的电压来控制滑和差,从而改变输出转速。

  2、输出扭矩

  变频器调速研磨机启动力矩大,能够力矩补偿,适合起始固体含量高或粘稠度高的物料。平稳运转的扭矩情况是:电磁调速相当于一个手动变速箱,因为电机速度不变,所以扭矩大,适用于粘度变化小的高粘物料低速搅拌。变频器带动的电机如果低速运转就不能带动扭矩大的负载。

  3、能耗

  电磁调速研磨机的电机不管研磨机转速快慢,本身一直处于高速运转状态,属于低效率的调速方式,转速越低,电能浪费越大。变频调速属于高效调速方式,电机的输入功率随转速的下降成比例的降低。以11KW的研磨机为例,每天运行8小时,一年300个工作日,当转速在1000r/min时,电磁调速研磨机年能耗电量=11×300×8=26400度,变频调速研磨机电能耗量=11×1000÷1440×300×8=18333度,对比节能8066度电,工业电费0.7元,一年节省5646元,800r/min时,节省电费8213元,转速越低,变频约节能。

  4、设备成本

  早几年变频器价格昂贵,变频篮式研磨机的价格整体比电磁研磨机价格贵上3000元左右,不过当日变频器成本降低,变频研磨机在价格上仅仅比电磁研磨机整体贵1000元以内。

  5、维护成本
