搅拌机及分散机特点

穗兴机电生产的分散机广义上是搅拌机的一种。由于采用高速搅拌器（如圆盘锯齿型搅拌器）可以在局部形成很强的紊流，通常对物料有很强的分散乳化效果。所以对这类高速搅拌机又称为分散机。分散机主要分为升降式分散机和釜用分散机，升降式分散机按升降方式又可以分为：液压升降分散机，气动升降分散机，手摇升降分散机等。

　　主要特点

　　采用电磁调速、变频调速和三速等各种规格、运转稳定有力，适合各种粘度；液压、机械两种升降形式，升降旋转自如，适应各种位置；普通及防爆配置，安全可靠，操作维护简单；生产连续性强，对物料可进行快速分散和溶解，分散效果好，生产效率高，运转平稳，安装简便。针对不同物料的粘度及处理量有不同的功率及型号。

　　工作特点

　　1 强劲的离心力将物料从径向甩入定、转子之间狭窄精密的间隙中，同时受到离心挤压、液层摩擦、液力撞击等综合作用力，物料被初步分散。

　　2 分散机高速旋转的转子产生至少15m/s以上的线速度，物料在强烈的液力剪切、液层磨擦、撕裂碰撞等作用下被充分分散破碎，同时通过定子槽高速射出。

　　3 分散机物料不断地从径向高速射出，在物料本身和容器壁的阻力下改变流向，与此同时在转子区产生的上、下轴向抽吸力的作用下，又形成上、下两股强烈的翻动紊流。物料经过数次循环，终完成分散过程。

So this kind of high speed mixer is also called disperser. The dispersing machine is mainly divided into lifting type dispersing machine and kettle dispersing machine. The lifting and dispersing machine can be divided into hydraulic lifting dispersing machine, pneumatic lifting dispersing machine, hand-operated lifting dispersing machine and so on.

Work characteristics
