磁力反应釜是现在生产中的重要化工反应器皿，因为磁力反应釜具有很独特的性能，并且磁力反应釜有很好的应用价值。

　　磁力反应釜在很多场合它可替代价格高的不锈钢、有色金属反应釜，磁力反应釜有具高的强度可替代塑料等设备。磁力反应釜设备由高含硅量的玻璃质釉喷涂于金属胎表面，经920 ℃～960 ℃多次高温搪烧，使玻璃质釉密着于金属胎表面制成，所以它具有类似玻璃的化学稳定性和金属的极优机械性能的双重优点:

　　(1)隔离性：玻璃层把介质与金属隔离，使铁离子不溶于介质中。

　　(2)保鲜性：玻璃层对介质具有良好的保鲜性能。

　　(3)反应釜价格比不锈钢设备便宜一倍以上，又有定型设备，使用单位可投资少，上马快，用途广，所以广用于化工及石油化工厂。

　　(4)耐腐蚀性：磁力反应釜可耐大多数无机酸，有机酸、有机溶剂及弱碱等介质，尤其在盐酸、硝酸、王水等介质中具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。

　　(5)不粘性：光滑的玻璃对介质不粘合且容易清洗干净。

　(6)绝缘性：磁力反应釜适用于介质在生产过程中易产生静电的场合。

(4) corrosion resistance: magnetic reactor is resistant to most inorganic acid, organic acid, organic solvent and alkali medium, especially with excellent corrosion resistance in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia medium.

(5) non sticky: smooth glass does not adhere to the medium and is easy to clean.

(6) insulation: magnetic reaction kettle is suitable for the production of static electricity in the medium.
