粉体输送机的正确调试与操作过程

输送机在安装输送带之后，需要进行调试和操作，只用正确的操作，才能使输送机安全正常运行：

　　一、固定式输送机应按规定的安装方法安装在固定的基础上。移动式输送机正式运行前应将轮子用三角木楔住或用制动器刹住。以免工作中发生走动，有多台输送机平行作业时，机与机之间，机与墙之间应有一米的通道。

　　二、输送机使用前须检查各运转部分、胶带搭扣和承载装置是否正常，防护设备是否齐全。胶带的涨紧度须在启动前调整到合适的程度。

　　三、皮带输送机应空载启动。等运转正常后方可入料。禁止先入料后开车。

　　四、有数台输送机串联运行时，应从卸料端开始，顺序起动。全部正常运转后，方可入料。

　　五、运行中出现胶带跑偏现象时，应停车调整，不得勉强使用，以免磨损边缘和增加负荷。

　　六、工作环境及被送物料温度不得高于50℃和低于-10℃。不得输送具有酸碱性油类和有机溶剂成份的物料。

　　七、输送带上禁止行人或乘人。

　　八、停车前必须先停止入料，等皮带上存料卸尽方可停车。

　　九、输送机电动机必须绝缘良好。移动式输送机电缆不要乱拉和拖动。电动机要可靠接地。

　　十、皮带打滑时严禁用手去拉动皮带，以免发生事故。
