设备最高转速可达2800rpm，强大的动能驱动氧化锆拨杆使腔体内的研磨介质产生不规则运动，相互之间高速碰撞、摩擦，使粉料粒径快速变小；研磨细度普遍可达5um左右，个别产品可达亚微米甚至纳米级别。

设备带变频器，可直接控制设备的启动及调速；带有升降装置，可以实现缸体与盖子的相对密闭，研磨过程中溶剂挥发少；研磨腔独特的设计方式，无论是溶剂循环清洗还是将研磨腔拆分清洗均非常方便。

所配料桶带双层冷却夹套，在设备运行时通水冷却，起到很好的冷却效果，常规温升小于10o。

升降形式多样，非标性强

设备的升降形式可定制手动升降和电动升降两种；可非标定制防爆型；研磨腔体可定制氧化锆材质；设备材质可定制SS316L不锈钢。

工作原理

Working principle

实验室篮式研磨机电机运转带动拨杆和底部分散盘高速旋转，使分散盘上部及篮腔内部形成真空，浆料被吸入篮式研磨腔内。拨杆驱动腔内的研磨介质产生向各个方向的力，物料中的颗粒受到介质不断地碰撞及摩擦，粒径变小，粒径范围变窄；分散盘的高速运转，产生涡流将腔内物料抽吸出来，再循环至进料，具有非常显著的分散混合效果。
