　　实验室反应釜是化学反应反应釜容器，经常地使用会堆积大量的不易清洗的污垢。那么我们怎么对它进行清洗呢？

Laboratory reactors are chemical reaction vessel containers that are often used to pile up large amounts of dirt that is not easily cleaned. So how do we wash it?

　　实验室反应釜清洗主要有化学清洗和机械清洗两大类方法：

There are two main ways to clean the laboratory reactor, chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning:

　　1、实验室反应釜化学清洗：首先要知道实验室反应釜设备内的垢样成分，最好是取样分析。确定污垢成分后先做试验，选用清洗剂同时通过试验确定对设备金属不会造成腐蚀。然后通过现场架设临时循环装置将清洗液在设备内循环流动，洗去污垢。

1 、 chemical reaction kettle chemical cleaning: first of all, we should know the laboratory reaction kettle equipment, such as the composition of the sample, it is best to sampling analysis. 　　2、实验室反应釜机械清洗：采用高压清洗实验室反应釜装置，将150-200MPa的高压水通过喷头冲刷污垢。两种方法各有利弊，化学清洗用工少，清洗时间短，清洗彻底，但是可能会造成实验室反应釜设备被腐蚀；机械清洗不会对设备产生腐蚀，对硬垢可以有效清洗，但是用时长、劳动强度大。因此化学清洗应用在污垢较软、薄的工况，机械清洗应用在污垢硬、厚的工况。
