　磁力反应釜维护与保养

　　1）建立磁力反应釜设备使用与维护制度，确保设备正常运转。

　　2）经常检查磁力反应釜衬里、传动部件、密封情况是否正常，若发现异常应及时处理。

　　3）磁力反应釜搪瓷表面粘附的物料若需清楚，应用木、竹、塑料等非金属器具进行清楚，严禁使用金属器具。

　　4）经常加注磁力反应釜传动部件、放料阀丝杆润滑液，保证其良好运行。

　　5）磁力反应釜设备应保持清洁，夹套中的污物和氧化铁影响传热效果，最好每月清洗一次。

　　6）夹套内若使用除垢剂时，应在短时间内完成，然后用清水对夹套内反复冲洗。

　　7）卸搅拌器是先检查主轴上的防松螺母是否稳妥，同时用软物垫在搅拌器下面，直接触及到搅拌器，然后再卸联轴器、 密封装然后再卸。
